I have heard for years about a passage in Titus 2:1-8, where the older women take responsibility for teaching the younger women.

II have wondered, "Is this really happening?" I see so many young women that know Jesus, love God, go to church, but are lost in the issues of their lives. 

My wonderful friend Dr. Kelley Varner talked with me about this very issue before he went to be with the Lord. He encouraged me to go for it! So I said... "This is the year it changes!"

So this is it! The time has come to begin reaching out to women of all ages!

I believe this is the day where God is moving and shaking all of us out of our comfort zone, and we take on this responsibility.

In Colossians 2:5, Paul is writing to them how excited he was to see them standing "shoulder to shoulder" in standfastness of faith. Our desire is to see women trained and raised up to stand as a mighty army of women, Shoulder 2 Shoulder!
